The Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), also known as a reverse mortgage, is a federally insured home loan that allows adult homeowners, aged 62 and older, to convert a percentage of their home equity into cash or a line of credit (LOC)

HOW to Join the Webinar

1. REGISTRATION: Once you register, you will immediately get a confirmation email that will have the link to the class, the ability to add that class to your calendar and instructions on joining.
2. JOIN: Please join the conference via the provided link in your confirmation email 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the class.
